Iowa Admin. Code r. 571-114.10 - Helper
A helper shall operate under the same conditions as the permittee. The permittee shall be responsible for all actions of the helpers listed on the permit. Compliance violations committed by a helper may be cause for the department to revoke the NWCO permit.
