Iowa Admin. Code r. 571-44.21 - Concessions
If the state park or recreation area has a concessionaire on site, sales of food and other items during the display shall be governed pursuant to 571-subrule 14.5(3). If a concessionaire chooses not to provide services during the event, the sponsoring entity may then bring in other concession operations as approved by the department.
