Iowa Admin. Code r. 761-615.11 - Suspension under the nonresident violator compact
The department may suspend a person's license when a report is received from another state under the nonresident violator compact that an Iowa licensee has failed to comply with the terms of a traffic citation. The suspension will continue until the department receives evidence of compliance with the terms of the citation, at which point the department shall issue a notice terminating the suspension.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 321.210 and 321.513.
