Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-16-1 - Personal funds to be supplied
Except as otherwise provided in K.A.R. 1-16-1a, employees shall provide themselves with sufficient funds for all current expenses. Blanket advances from the state treasury or other special funds to cover the prospective expenses of travel are not allowed except as authorized by K.S.A. 75-3072.
