Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-16-2c - Non-reimbursable transfer expenses
When a transfer is made primarily for the convenience or benefit of the employee or at the employee's request, the expense of travel and transportation, expense of transporting, packing, crating, temporary storage, drayage, unpacking of household goods and personal effects, and transit insurance shall not be allowed or paid from agency funds.
