Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-16-3a - Incapacitated employee on intrastate travel; subsistence and transportation

An employee who, while traveling on official intrastate business and away from the employee's designated official station or domicile, becomes incapacitated by illness or injury not due to the employee's misconduct, is entitled at the discretion of the agency head to subsistence allowance for a period not to exceed five (5) workdays and appropriate mileage reimbursement for returning the employee's privately owned conveyance to the employee's designated official station or domicile as the case may be.
