Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-2-25a - Holiday compensatory time
"Holiday compensatory time" means leave given in accordance with K.A.R. 1-9-2 to employees who work on holidays and who are compensated for this holiday work by receiving time off at a later date, at the rate of one and a half hours off for one hour worked. This regulation shall be effective on and after June 5, 2005.
