Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-2-31 - Demotion

"Demotion" means the movement of an employee from a position in one class to a position in another class having a lower pay grade, either on an involuntary basis for disciplinary purposes or on a voluntary basis. This regulation shall be effective on and after June 5, 2005.
