Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-33-7 - Publication and distribution of rates
The dollar rates charged for data processing services developed by the above formula will be published and distributed to all user agencies by policy and procedures memorandum issued by the director of computer services. Rate revisions will be made, when required, on a quarterly basis. Prior to the annual call for agency budget estimates, the director, DCS, will furnish rates and charges to be used for estimating the cost of data processing services.
