Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-5-21 - Biweekly salary or hourly rates
Each exempt employee shall be paid a biweekly salary. Each non-exempt employee shall be paid an hourly rate as determined under K.S.A. 1994 Supp. 75-5515, and amendments thereto. This regulation shall be effective on and after December 17, 1995.
