Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-7-7 - Dismissal of probationary employee by director

The director may dismiss a probationary employee at any time during the employee's probationary period, after giving the employee notice and an opportunity to be heard, if the director finds that the employee was appointed as a result of a violation of the provisions of the act or these regulations.
