Kan. Admin. Regs. § 10-20-4 - Dissemination
(a) All
information contained in the KBI missing and unidentified person system shall
be available to all law enforcement officers and coroners in this state, other
governmental entities in the state who have a need to know the information for
criminal justice purposes, and the federal bureau of investigation.
(b) Any member of the public may request data
from the KBI missing and unidentified person system at any time and receive
information in accordance with Kansas law.
