Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-15-7 - Grant committees

(a) One committee of five persons, designated by the executive director, may assist the commission in determining research awards from the Kansas horse breeding development fund. The grant committee shall have a membership as follows:
(1) One representative of the horse industry;
(2) one representative of the official registering agency;
(3) one representative identified by the com-mission;
(4) the animal health officer; and
(5) the executive director, who shall chair the committee.
(b) One committee of five persons, designated by the executive director, may assist the commission in determining research awards from the Kansas greyhound breeding development fund. The grant committee shall have a membership as follows:
(1) One representative of the greyhound in-dustry;
(2) one representative of the official registering agency;
(3) one representative identified by the com-mission;
(4) the animal health officer; and
(5) the executive director, who shall chair the committee.
