Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-18-16 - Report to commission, combined wagering pool

Each simulcasting licensee participating in a combined wagering pool shall submit to the commission a report on the pool not later than the close of the next business day after the date of the race or program for which the pool was formed. Each report shall contain:

(1) the total amount of the combined wagering pool;

(2) the total amount of the combined wagering pool generated by wagers received in this state;

(3) the total winnings for the combined wagering pool;

(4) the total winnings attributable to wagers received in this state;

(5) the total commission derived from the combined wagering pool; and

(6) the total commission derived from the simulcasting licensee's share of the combined wagering pool.
