Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-3-20 - Testing for controlled substances
Any commission licensees and any officers, directors, and employees of the licensees may be required by the commission to submit to tests determining the use of any controlled substance.
(b) This regulation shall take effect on and
after October 1, 1988.
