Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-7-20 - Safety helmets required; physical examination required

Each person who is mounted on any horse within the racetrack facility or riding in a race shall wear a properly fastened safety helmet. Each person who is mounted on a race horse within the racetrack facility shall have on file at the racetrack commission office a record of that person's physical examination, including vision and hearing tests, conducted by a person licensed to practice medicine and surgery within the year immediately preceding.
