Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-9-27 - Cooperation of parimutuel department

Each parimutuel manager and each representative of any totalisator company or service providing parimutuel equipment or service at any race meeting shall cooperate fully in any investigation by the commission or in any proceeding before the commission relating to any parimutuel operations.
