Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-9-33 - Racing selection services

Each organization licensee shall prohibit the sale, offering for sale, or gift of any racing selection sheet or other racing prediction upon the premises of the organization licensee, except for any service that is authorized by the organization licensee and is licensed by the commission.
