Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-9-8 - Accounting

(a) Each organization licensee conducting race meetings shall submit to the commission by the close of the next business day following the end of the race meet a report listing the total number of paid admissions, passes and occupation licensees, not employed by the organization licensee or the commission, admitted to the racetrack facility, the total amount contributed to each parimutuel pool on each race and the amount of money received daily from paid admission fees.
