Kan. Admin. Regs. § 117-10-1 - Reinstatement of certificate or license to active status; continuing education
The holder of a certificate or license that has been on inactive status for less than two years, upon request for reinstatement, shall submit evidence satisfactory to the board of completion of all continuing education requirements as specified in K.A.R. 117-6-1.
