Kan. Admin. Regs. § 117-20-4 - Fees

The following fees shall be collected by the board:

(a) For initial registration, $1,500;

(b) for registration renewal, $1,100;

(c) for late registration renewal, the amount specified in subsection (b) and an additional $100;

(d) for processing fingerprints and a criminal history record check, $50; and

(e) for initial registration and for registration renewal, the Appraisal Management Company (AMC) federal registry fee in any amount assessed by the appraisal subcommittee of the federal financial institutions examination council for all AMCs holding a registration.
