Kan. Admin. Regs. § 21-70-5 - Administrative methods
A public accommodation shall not, either directly or through contractual or other arrangements, utilize standards, criteria or methods of administration that have the effect of discriminating on the basis of disability, or that perpetuate the discrimination by others who are subject to common administrative control.
