Kan. Admin. Regs. § 21-80-1 - Unlawful employment practices based on age
No employer, employment agency, or labor organization shall set an arbitrary age limit in relation to employment or membership except as otherwise provided by commission rules or by the Kansas age discrimination in employment act.
