Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-67-12 - Data validation
(a) All data
submitted to the health care database shall be evaluated for accuracy and
standardization.
(b) Any
inconsistencies and non-standard reporting of data submitted to the database
shall be documented and reported to the providers of the data. Data providers
shall be given 30 days to reconcile the inaccuracies or inconsistencies
identified by the secretary.
(c)
Comments provided to the secretary pursuant to K.A.R. 28-67-4(e) may be used
to reconcile any inaccuracies or inconsistencies identified by the data
provider.
