Kan. Admin. Regs. § 30-20-7 - Traffic and parking control
(a) The provisions
of K.A.R. 30-20-8 through 30-20-19 shall apply to the operation of motor
vehicles and bicycles upon state institution grounds except as set forth in
paragraph (b) and shall be enforced at all times unless otherwise posted.
(b) Any regulation shall not apply
if in conflict with city ordinances or state laws effective on state
institution grounds.
