Kan. Admin. Regs. § 30-4-61 - Supplemental security income benefits
(a) An applicant or
recipient receiving supplemental security income benefits shall be ineligible
for assistance. A caretaker shall not be denied eligibility for assistance for
the reason that a child is receiving supplemental security income benefits.
This provision shall not be applicable to a foster care child placed in a
foster family home.
(b) This
regulation shall take effect on and after March 1, 1997.
