an arrears adjustment program; or
(2) the parent's or parents' contributions to
a Kansas postsecondary education savings account established on behalf of the
child through the child support savings initiative program.

programs shall be approved by the department's child support services and shall
include programs designed to provide job skills, further education, and enhance
parenting skills.
