Kan. Admin. Regs. § 30-60-73 - Partial or day hospitalization services

If a licensee provides, directly or through a contractor, partial or day hospitalization services, these services shall meet the following conditions:

(a) Be provided in compliance with the requirements of the department's medicaid regulations;

(b) be provided by appropriately trained or professionally qualified staff; and

(c) be administered in accordance with written policies and procedures adopted by the licensee.
