Kan. Admin. Regs. § 36-16-6 - Notice of hearing and continuances

The hearing examiner shall give notice of the time and place of hearing to the appellant or his attorney, by mail at least ten (10) days prior to the date of said hearing. The hearing examiner may, upon request and for good cause shown, continue or adjourn said hearing to a subsequent date or may move the hearing to a different place.
