Kan. Admin. Regs. § 36-30-2 - Bidding requirements and conditions
The rules and regulations set forth in the standard specifications for state road and bridge construction, 1980 edition, subsections 102.01 through 102.17 inclusive, shall govern the bidding procedure for contracts let by the secretary, and are adopted by reference. All current notices and revisions shall be applicable, and shall be included with the proposal form furnished to each prospective bidder.
