Kan. Admin. Regs. § 36-30-4 - Sworn statement of bidders

(a) A sworn statement shall be executed by every bidder, or an agent of the bidder, on behalf of each person, firm, association or corporation submitting a proposal, certifying that the person, firm, association or corporation has not, either directly or indirectly, entered into any agreement, participated in any collusion, or otherwise taken any action in restraint of free competitive bidding in connection with the contract. The sworn statement shall be in the form of an affidavit, and shall be sworn to before a person who is authorized by the laws of Kansas to administer oaths. The original of the sworn statement shall be filed with the department when the proposal is submitted.
(b) Failure to submit a sworn statement concerning collusion or restraint of free competitive bidding shall be grounds for rejection of the proposal.
