Kan. Admin. Regs. § 40-4-28 - Same; hospital confinement indemnity coverage

"Hospital confinement indemnity coverage" means a policy of accident and sickness insurance which provides, for each person insured under the policy, daily benefits for hospital confinement, on an indemnity basis, in an amount not less than $50 per day and for not less than 31 days during any one period of confinement.
