Kan. Admin. Regs. § 49-45-37 - Boiler and combustion systems hazards code

NFPA 85, "boiler and combustion systems hazards code," including the annexes, 2007 edition, published by the national fire protection association (NFPA), is hereby adopted by reference. However, the following paragraphs are not adopted:

(a) 2.3.1;

(b) 2.3.3;

(c) 2.3.5;

(d) 2.3.6;

(e) 2.3.7; and

(f) 2.4.
