Kan. Admin. Regs. § 80-5-13 - Designation of beneficiary; multiple; recognition of

When more than one designation of beneficiary has been made by a member, the latest one received in the retirement system office, or employer office as provided in K.A.R. 80-5-11, shall be recognized by the board of trustees.
