Kan. Admin. Regs. § 82-4-47 - Loss or damage to baggage
A common motor carrier's liability in case of loss or damage to baggage while in the carrier's possession shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the motor carrier's tariff on file with the commission, provided, that the provisions are not in conflict with the statutes or the established common law of the state of Kansas.
