Kan. Admin. Regs. § 82-4-70 - Record keeping responsibilities
The organization shall maintain records and minutes of all acts pertaining to joint consideration, initiation and establishment of tariff publications and shall submit written reports to the commission on these activities as the commission from time to time may require. Minutes and voting records shall be made available to the commission upon written request. Minutes, voting records and a complete file of all tariffs issued under the agreement shall be maintained by the organization for at least three years.
