Kan. Admin. Regs. § 88-21-5 - Examination of income tax forms
Each individual whose financial data is required for a Kansas ethnic minority scholarship shall certify in writing that the individual will release copies of the individual's state or federal income tax returns to the executive officer of the board or the executive officer's designee upon request. If the request is denied or if discrepancies are found between the application and the copy of the tax return, the application may be declared ineligible.
