Kan. Admin. Regs. § 9-5-5 - Disposal of materials removed from feeding platforms
Feeding platforms and troughs shall be cleaned daily, or frequently enough to maintain sanitary conditions as required by the livestock sanitary commissioner. It shall be unlawful for anyone to dispose of materials cleaned or removed from a feeding platform, used for feeding cooked garbage or cooked slaughterhouse refuse, except into a place and in a manner approved by the livestock sanitary commissioner.
