La. Admin. Code tit. 37, § IX-115 - Subrogation
A. Whenever a claim
is paid by the commission from the self-insurance fund, the claimant, by
accepting said payment, subrogates his rights to the commission up to the full
amount of payment, and the commission shall have the right to recover such
payments from any responsible person or entity as it shall determine.
