La. Admin. Code tit. 56, § I-711 - Failure of Responsible Party to Install a Control Device
A. If the owner fails to comply with the
department's order concerning installation of a control device within the
90-day time period or does not offer, in writing, an acceptable alternative
time interval for installing such a device, the owner will be considered in
violation of
R.S.
38:3094(A)(7), which permits
a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 a day for each day of violation and for
each act of violation.
