La. Admin. Code tit. 70, § II-1907 - Indemnification
A. The permittee
will indemnify and hold harmless the DOTD for any fines or third-party claims
for personal or property damage arising out of a spill or overflow that is
fully or partially the responsibility of the permittee, including legal,
engineering, and administrative expenses of the DOTD in defending such fines
and claims.
