La. Admin. Code tit. 70, § XVII-515 - Agreement for Appraisal Services (Formerly Section 511)

A. The Agreement for Appraisal Services is a document which every fee appraiser employed by the LDOTD is required to sign. The agreement sets out the parameters within which the department and the appraiser will co-operate as well as sets forth the details and requirements that must be met within the appraisal report. The appraiser should be very familiar with all of the requirements contained within this agreement. The signed form, after its execution, will be placed in the appraiser's file and need not be re-signed with each contract.
