02-280 C.M.R. ch. 5, § 6 - LICENSE EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL
A.
Expiration. All licenses issued under this chapter expire
annually.
B.
Renewal.
To renew a license, the licensee shall follow the online renewal procedure
prescribed by the board and shall remit the license fee set forth in Chapter
10, Section
5(1) of the rules of
the Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation, entitled "Establishment
of License Fees."
C.
Late
Renewal. A license may be renewed online up to 90 days after expiration
upon payment of the late fee set forth in Chapter 11, Section
2(1) of the rules of
the Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation, entitled "Late
Renewals," in addition to the renewal fee.
