02-318 C.M.R. ch. 135, § 1 - Responsibility
A master electrician or a limited electrician who is issued an electrical permit is legally and professionally responsible for compliance with all laws and rules enforceable by the Board with respect to the installation for which the permit was requested. A permit issued to a master electrician or a limited electrician is non-transferrable.
