06-096 C.M.R. ch. 100, § 104 - NO[x] Waiver
For the purposes of 06-096 C. M. R. ch. 113 and 06-096 C. M. R. ch. 115, "NOx waiver" means for areas within the OTR which have received a NOxwaiver from the EPA under Section 182(f) of the Clean Air Act (CAA), NOx shall not be a nonattainment pollutant for the specific ozone standard in relation to which the waiver was granted. NOx shall still be a nonattainment pollutant for any ozone standard for which a NOx waiver has not been granted by EPA and for which all designations have been made by EPA under section 107 of the CAA.
