06- 096 C.M.R. ch. 100, § 143 - Reasonable further progress

"Reasonable further progress" means such annual incremental reductions in emissions of the relevant regulated pollutant as are required by Part D of the CAA or may reasonably be required by the EPA for the purpose of ensuring attainment of the relevant national ambient air quality standards in the area by the relevant statutory deadlines.
