06-096 C.M.R. ch. 100, § 156 - Significant emissions
"Significant emissions" means any rate of emissions that would equal or exceed one hundred (100) tons per year of any regulated pollutant excluding GHGs or fifty (50) tons per year of VOC in the ozone transport region.
