06-096 C.M.R. ch. 100, § 162 - Small PAL emissions unit
"Small PAL emissions unit" means an emissions unit that emits or has the potential to emit PAL pollutants at levels less than the emission rates for those pollutants listed in the table in Section 161(A) of this Chapter.
