06- 096 C.M.R. ch. 100, § 175 - Visibility impairment

"Visibility impairment" means any humanly perceptible change in visibility in terms of visual range, contrast, or coloration from that which would have existed under natural conditions. Natural conditions include naturally occurring phenomena that reduce visibility in terms of visual range, contrast or coloration.
