06- 096 C.M.R. ch. 100, § 23 - Bulk gasoline plant
"Bulk gasoline plant" means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with a daily throughput of 20,000 gallons of gasoline or less and whose purpose is to load gasoline into tank trucks.
